When will I be billed?
For most publishing packages, a $150.00 down payment is required to get started, which is made here, at this web site. Upon receipt of a manuscript, down payment, and 'Book Formatting Form', we will begin work. We will bill for half the balance of the book when we arrange your manuscript, so that we can get an estimate on the number of pages. Once payment is received, we will finish designing your book. Major changes like content addition, removal or rearrangement at the phase of PDF proof will incur an additional charge, unless it is due to an error on our part. Once you have approved the PDF proof, we will issue you an invoice for the remainder of the bill, which will be due in 14 days time. We will send a galley hardcopy (Paperback version) via snail mail, which should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Then, you review the galley hardcopy for any corrections. Errors on our part, or editing corrections which need to be made and have been paid for, will continue to be corrected, after payment has been received, free of charge.
